Trekking
Val di Fiemme is easily reached and surrounded by peaks of rare beauty such as the Pale di San Martino and Latemar.
This large sunny valley lies in the north-eastern part of Trentino between the woods of Monte Corno Park and the "Forest of Violins" of Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Park. Two nature parks that are very close to each other and yet very different; one with a wide variety of birds and the other with a deer sanctuary among the resonant red fir trees selected by Stradivari and the best
craftsmen to make stringed instruments.
Other uncontaminated areas extend between these two protected parks, like the Lagorai Chain where you can walk for days without meeting a soul and where the porphyry rocks, unlike the dolomite, capture the water to create as many as forty little lakes throughout the chain.
Due to these natural features, Val di Fiemme is an oasis ideal for trekking.
